one. Overview:

Yaskawa's latest G7 inverter is partially improved on the basis of the original 616G5 inverter. The LCD operator has been changed to a large screen display, and has the function of COPY parameters. The motor self-learning adds static learning. Mode, but most of the parameter functions are the same as the original 616G5 inverter.

2. Parameter setting (the following parameters must be mastered in the debugging work)

1. Environmental settings:

A1-00=0 Language selection: English

A1-01=2 Access level of the parameter: ADVANCED. Can modify all parameters

A1-02=3 Control mode: closed loop vector control (2 is open loop vector control)

A1-03=0 Initialization 2220 (2-wire initialization, factory setting)

2. Application parameters:

B1-01=1 Select frequency command: control circuit terminal (set 0 to digital operator)

B1-02=1 Select the running command: control circuit terminal (set 0 to digital operator):

B1-03=1 Stop method: Free coast stop (0 is deceleration stop, output contactor will pull arc when parking)

3. Adjust the parameters:

C1-01=0 acceleration time (the number is about 2.5)

C1-02=0 Deceleration time (the digital quantity is about 2.5)

C2-01=0 Acceleration start S (digital quantity is about 2.0)

C2-02=0 Accelerated completion S (digital quantity is about 0.8)

C2-03=0 Deceleration start S (digital quantity is about 0.8)

C2-04=0 Deceleration completed S (the number is approximately 1.0)

C5-01=20 speed loop proportional gain

C5-02=0.5 speed loop integral gain

C5-03=25 speed loop proportional gain

C5-04=0.5 speed loop integral gain

C5-07 = 6 ASR switching frequency

C6-02=3 Carrier frequency 8KHZ Set 2 is (5KHZ)

4. Instruction parameters:

D1-01=0 zero speed

D1-02=5 Overhaul half speed (32-bit motherboard) Opened by H3-09=1F

D1-03=2 Re-leveling speed (32-bit motherboard) opened by H3-05=1F

D1-04=3 crawling speed (digital)
