HP unveiled a number of products for the upcoming CES 2017 show and brought the second generation of Windows 10 high-end all-in-one Sprout Pro. Continuing the features and components of a generation of products: a touch-sensing pad placed on the surface of the table, and an Intel RealSense 3D camera lens "probe" that protrudes from the top of the display. The "Integrated VR and 3D Scan" feature provides a new way to interact. . The look is simpler and lighter, and the configuration is updated to the 7th generation Kaby Lake Core i7 processor.
The user can place the real object on the touch sensor pad and then use the Intel RealSense 3D camera lens in the top probe for 3D scanning. A projector is also integrated into the top probe to project an image in the sensor pad.
After the 3D scan of the real object, the 3D model can be exported to the computer, and the user can rotate, color, and the like with the finger in the touch sensor pad. 3D models can be imported into Autodesk's Meshmixer and Microsoft's 3D Builder application. The user can either use a physical keyboard or a touch keyboard that is projected into the sensor pad.
It is reported that Sprout Pro is mainly launched for schools to cultivate children's interest in learning. Configuration, Sprout Pro with Intel's 7th generation Kaby Lake Core i7 processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M graphics card, 23-inch display, 1TB hybrid hard drive, upgradeable to 16GB DDR4 memory, running Windows 10 Pro, second-generation Sprout Pro expected Released in March.
