December 26, 2016, San Diego - Qualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM) today announced that it has entered into a new 3G and 4G China patent license agreement with Shenzhen Jinli Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. (Golden). Under the terms of the agreement, Qualcomm grants Gemdale the right to develop, manufacture and sell 3G WCDMA and CDMA2000 and 4G LTE (including "three-mode" GSM, TD-SCDMA and LTE-TDD) full-featured patent licenses for use in China. The patent fees paid by Jin Li are consistent with the terms of the corrective measures submitted by Qualcomm to the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China.
