Abstract: With the continuous development of Internet technology, all walks of life have entered the "Internet +" era, which is a new opportunity for the development of electronic components industry. On the one hand, the continuous updating of electronic components provides the hardware foundation for the development of the Internet. On the contrary, the rapid development of the Internet has also led to and promoted the transformation of the electronic components industry.

Take the example of an essential mobile phone in life. The core components in mobile phones are constantly being upgraded, and people’s demands for various functions, appearance, and performance of mobile phones are getting higher and higher. From another perspective, this is also people. Reliance on the phone is getting stronger. So in order to meet people's needs, the mobile phone is upgraded from 2G to 3G, and then from 3G to 4G. There is data indicating that the 5G era of mobile phones is approaching. The average speed of 5G communication can reach 1Gb/s, and the peak speed can reach 20Gb/s, which is 50-200 times of the average speed of 4G. This kind of speed has been able to complete the needs of big data transmission in the Internet of Things era. Faced with the ever-changing new technology, the pace of updating electronic components must also keep pace.

The electronic components industry not only involves the renewal of electronic products, it is also inseparable from our daily life. For the most common example, the necessary lighting tools in our home are gradually replaced by the old-fashioned bulbs. The light bulb, it is precisely because of the use of new products LED bulbs led to the continuous decline in the sales of old bulbs, which is the result of market competition.
