(1) Suppliers complying with the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, and the main business scope shall include electronic components (subject to the business license issued by the industrial and commercial administration);
(2) The bidding equipment must have a successful case of equal scale or above in the construction of “Meteorological Information (Warning) Electronic Display Systemâ€, and provide detailed project introduction and user certification;
(3) The display hardware manufacturer has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification and 3C certification for the bidding products.
Bidder qualification requirements:
(1) Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Government Procurement;
(2) The bidder has a successful case of similar projects in the past three years (subject to the user certificate);
(3) Have the authorization (original) or the manufacturer's agent qualification certificate (original) for the main product manufacturer for this project.
