Huaxin Optoelectronics enters the LED module market and has a good time

Taiwan's Huaxin Optoelectronics team entered the LED module and application research and development in 2005. The product development locks in high-power light sources, focuses on superior products, and expects to quickly occupy the market. There are production lines in Taiwan and mainland China.

The company's product line currently includes LTCC, Chip array and patented OPS products. Huaxin Optoelectronics said that it is currently carrying out research and development of LED module next-generation technology, trying to improve product brightness and efficiency design, and actively develop application market products, mainly used in outdoor and indoor lighting products.

In 2007, the company officially started the research and development and manufacturing of high-brightness and high-power LED epitaxial and LED chipset, purchased hardware equipment, and recruited outstanding technical team members at home and abroad to research and develop optoelectronic products that meet market demand with high-end innovative technologies. It enables Huaxin to integrate and produce production equipment from upstream raw materials to mid-stream and downstream applications.

At present, the company's main products are 1W/3W LED, LTCC (Low-Temperature Co-firing Ceramics), OPS (Optical Substrate-2011), Chip Array series LED light source and so on.

According to Huaxin Optoelectronics LED Modules Division, these products focus on indoor lighting, outdoor lighting, and portable lighting. Among them, LTCC series light sources use ceramic composite substrates, which have better heat dissipation capability than traditional plastic substrate products. The luminous efficiency of these floats is from 90 lumens per watt, 80 lumens to 120 lumens. For example, the 120 lm/W OPS source series uses a silicon substrate as an epitaxial wafer-level package substrate.

As for the Chip Array series of light sources, the metal substrate is used as a high heat transfer substrate. It is designed for high current and high luminous flux applications, and can be applied to large-scale lighting such as industrial lighting, commercial lighting, street lamps, floodlights, wall washers, etc. The luminous efficiency is more than 70 lumens per watt, and the product specifications are 10W/20W/30W/50W/70W/100W.
