1 System structure design
1.1 Framework structure of terminal management system
The terminal management system consists of a terminal management system and a client. The information interaction between the client and the platform is based on the standard OMA-DM / DL (Open Mobile Alliance, OMA is Open Mobile Alliance) protocol for communication management. The platform side is mainly composed of a DM (OMA Device Management, OMA wireless mode management terminal specification) server and a DL (OMA Download OTA, OMA wireless mode download data packet specification) server. The DM server is based on the OMA-DM protocol to provide DM management functions for the terminal; the DL server mainly provides the terminal with an update data packet download function based on the OMA-DL protocol. 1.2 Structure of DM management system
The application of the terminal management system is mainly to correct terminal software errors in time. The software of the terminal is flexibly updated, and new functions are added at the same time. The flexibility of this system compared with the previous system is that the OTA air interface is used to realize the wireless transmission of data.
The DM system is divided into functional logic: information management, function management, portal management, operation engine, test management, system management and unified interface. The logical structure diagram of the DM management system is shown in Figure 2.
The unified interface is to realize the channel that interacts with the background data through this system.
Information management is mainly to manage and authenticate system operators, roles, and terminal manufacturer information; provide management of terminal model, end user, terminal, and SIM card binding.
Function management manages parameter configuration, information collection, firmware upgrade packages, business operation tasks and strategies.
Portal management manages the interactive interfaces and portals of operators, terminal manufacturers, customer service personnel, and end users.
The system manages statistics on business operation related data, operation logs, and management of operation nodes.
Test management Manage the testing of terminal parameter configuration, information collection and firmware upgrade.
The operation engine is a collection module of the functions realized by the system.
1.3 Function realization of DM management system
The establishment of the DM system is currently to complete the functions of firmware update, information collection, parameter configuration, terminal lock and reset, and the subsequent functions are dynamically added to this platform according to actual needs.
The firmware update mainly completes the problems in the terminal system and the repair of the BUG through the air data link in the case of the new version, and the wireless download of the new version of the rack package.
The information collection completes the terminal information collection function, the purpose is to understand the status of the mobile phone, quickly diagnose the fault of the mobile phone, propose a solution, and complete the distribution of the solution data through the firmware update module.
Parameter configuration The terminal management system performs parameter configuration on the OMA CP that realizes information interaction through mobile phone short messages and the OMA DM that completes information interaction through HTTP.
