Measuring principle: The flow measurement uses the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the tube diameter and flow time are constant, the faster the flow rate (the larger the flow rate), the higher the output voltage. Pressure and temperature measurements are made using the piezoresistive and thermal effects principles of semiconductor materials, respectively.

Features and uses: It has corrosion resistance and high measurement accuracy. It can measure the flow rate, pressure and temperature of bare liquid with medium viscosity less than 5×10(-6)m2/s without particles and without fiber.

Output terminal: This component adopts four-pin output in a circular cross section, as shown in the figure below, 1 pin, power supply; 2 pin, power supply negative; 3 pin, relay A terminal; 4 pin, relay B terminal.
