Samsung introduced six models of the new CSP LED module color rendering index CRI80+

Samsung's first use of CSP technology on new LED modules has a wide range of lighting advantages, such as significantly reducing the size of conventional LED packages. The combination of advanced flip chip and phosphor coating technology eliminates wire and plastic molds for a more compact design when manufacturing LED modules and fixtures.

In addition to their size advantages, Samsung's new CSP LED modules offer even further improvements in seamless performance. Samsung's ultra-compact chip-size LED package allows the module size to remain the same.

Samsung's new CSP LED modules are available in two versions (19x19mm or 28x28mm) and are designed to meet the Zhaga specifications, making them easy to assemble. The module also provides high-quality illumination at different beam angle options, which helps improve Samsung's compatibility with partner optical solutions. Based on the CSP LED package, the new module has successfully completed the 9000-hour LM-80 test, which has been recognized for performance levels and reduced time-to-market for lighting manufacturers.
