According to a statistics from the National Development and Reform Commission, at present, China's lighting electricity consumption accounts for about 12% of the total electricity consumption of the whole society. If all the existing ordinary incandescent lamps are replaced with energy-saving lamps, the country can save more than 60 billion kWh per year. It is almost equivalent to the annual power generation of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station. This is an amazing energy saving account!
However, the author does not buy an account for energy-saving lamps. The main reason is that the price of energy-saving lamps is too expensive, more than ten times higher than incandescent lamps, and then the quality of ordinary energy-saving lamps is not good, and it will be broken after half a year of normal use. Once the account is settled, the electricity is saved, but the money is not saved, even more expensive than using incandescent lamps.
I once purchased five or six energy-saving lamps, but after two months, I broke two and reinstalled them into ordinary light bulbs. why? One ordinary light bulb is 1 yuan, and an energy-saving light bulb is 6 yuan. It costs 10 yuan more money at once, but it takes a few days to break. The 10 yuan of electricity has not been earned yet. At the same time, it is too annoying to climb the ladder to change the light bulb. I also plan to buy an energy-saving refrigerator. A friend told me that energy-saving refrigerators are energy-efficient but don't save money. An energy-saving refrigerator is 600~800 yuan higher than the non-energy-saving refrigerator. The energy-saving refrigerator saves 0.3 kWh per day. According to the 0.5 yuan per kWh, it takes 14 years to save 766 yuan. The money you can save in 14 years is all at once. I say that there are some "satisfaction", "short-sightedness", "not high consciousness", and lack of "big picture consciousness", but we must know that the concept of "energy saving" that violates the law of the market has no vitality. Who should think that the people can be "energy-saving" through education? "This is too stupid." It can be said that from the perspective of "family economics", refusing "energy saving without saving money" is the natural choice of ordinary people, and there is no need to think. Politically speaking, ordinary people would rather take money to help the poor and donate, rather than "losing money to buy energy."
My view is that since the country's energy is tight, since the use of energy-saving lighting is good for the country's overall situation, then the state should use economic means to encourage ordinary people to use energy-saving lighting. For example, improve the quality of energy-saving lamps and extend the service life; for example, reduce the price of energy-saving lamps; for example, give preferential incentives or subsidies to users who use energy-saving lamps, and reduce taxes or tax exemptions for energy-saving lamp manufacturers to reduce product costs and sales. Price, and so on. In this way, even if you don't call, the people will use it.
