4. Delivery date: The purchaser completes the installation and commissioning within 30 days after the contract is requested;

6. Bidder qualification requirements:
1-1. If the goods and services mentioned in the bidding documents are produced or operated by the industry and commerce, legal bidders such as domestic suppliers or manufacturers with legal person status.
1-2. In the first three years of participating in the government procurement response, there is no illegal record in the business activities;
1-3. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
2. The bidder shall not be associated with the company that designs, compiles technical specifications and other documents under this tender, or the company that provides the consultation, including its affiliates.
3. Two or more bidders may form a consortium and bid as a bidder.
3-1. The joint bid shall be in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the Procurement Law.
3-2. Either party in the consortium may not jointly bid on the same goods separately or jointly with other bidders.
4. The bidder can only provide one bidding document. If the bidder has one of the following related circumstances, it must not bid in the same goods bidding.
4-1. The legal representative is two legal persons or two or more legal persons of the same person or immediate family members of the same person.
4-2. The parent company, the invested company that directly or indirectly holds 50% or more of the shares.
4-3. All invested companies that are directly or indirectly holding 50% or more of the same parent company.
5. Other conditions and qualification requirements stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
Seven, time schedule:
The time for the publication of the public bidding documents: April 2, 2008;
Time for public bidding: 15 pm, April 8, 2008;
Deadline for submitting bid documents: At 9:20 am on April 25, 2008, overdue delivery will not be accepted;
Time and place of the review: 9:20 am on April 25, 2008;

8. Bid security: The bidder must pay the bid bond: the bidder must pay no less than RMB 1,000. The guarantee shall be deposited into the Putian City Bidding Center account by transfer, wire transfer or cash account at 9:30 am on April 25, 2008 (subject to the account, no cash, no cash refund). Please respond to the unit to indicate the number of the purchase document and the name of the response unit on the remittance slip.
