At the same time, Fu’an Motor’s export growth to emerging markets has doubled. For example, exports to Russia and Vietnam reached US$4.73 million and US$5.66 million, respectively, representing an increase of 1.49 times and 2.89 times.
According to the person in charge of the Ningde Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the bureau actively implemented the "20 Measures for Strongly Helping the Export of East Motor Products" to refine the customs clearance measures for motor products and improve the speed of inspection and release of motor products. The "Green Passage" system released 2.22 million U.S. dollars worth of goods, implemented a "through-the-spot release" system to release 10.2 million U.S. dollars of goods, and implemented 1648 approvals for electronic monitoring.
The Bureau also actively helped enterprises enjoy a wider range of preferential measures of origin. From January to March, the total value of all kinds of certificates of origin issued reached 25.11 million US dollars; vigorously implementing quality management assistance, helping 30 companies improve their product quality management system. Helping enterprises to cope with technical barriers, working with enterprises to cope with technical barriers to exporting motor products from Nigeria, Algeria, the United States, and the European Union, undertaking consulting and testing of export certification, and guiding enterprises to do export work in high-barrier countries; and Fujian Province The Motor Export Base Office will jointly hold three issues of EU RoHS, ErP, and other knowledge seminars to help export companies do a good job in coping with the export of Fuan motor products.
