With the support of the 863 Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Space Agency 802 started the independent research and development of this automation equipment in 2011. According to reports, the "integral ball online detection" on the production line is the only online detection technology in China, and can be customized according to the needs of customers. At present, an LED light ball can be produced in as little as 2 seconds, saving 90 people compared to the traditional production method. If the production line is put into use on a large scale, the annual production capacity of a line will be about 10 million, which will greatly reduce the production cost of LED lamps and speed up the process of LED industrialization in China.
